Fall Arrest Harnesses
Fall protection or safety harnesses are gear worn by individuals working at heights to help minimize the danger of injury if they fall. When the fall is prevented, the harness distributes the force of the fall across the wearer's body. These fall-protection belts are wrapped over the shoulders, torso, and upper thighs. They have a single D-ring or web loop on the top back (dorsal) for attaching a self-retracting lifeline or shock-absorbing lanyard to a secure anchor point on a building or structure. The positioning of the D-ring relieves pressure on the wearer's body and keeps the user upright in the harness during and after a fall. Get support at every level.
